Memorable Reinhard Bonnke’s Quotes: “God always works with workers and moves with movers, but He does not sit with sitters”

German Pentecostal evangelist, Reinhard Bonnke, died on Saturday, 7th December, 2019 at the age of 79.
Bonnke, who had been an evangelist and missionary in Africa since 1967, recorded over 75 million conversions of souls to Christ.

  • Creation cost Him nothing; salvation cost Him everything.
  • Faith is a leap into the light, not a step into the darkness.

  • I don’t want to play with marbles, when God told me to move mountains!
  • The Gospel is like water. No man has invented it, but no-one can live without it. God bless you.
  • Jesus did not die for pastors to have a well paid job. Neither was He raised on the cross just to raise our standard of living. He died to seek and to save those who are lost.
  • Faith is a leap into the light, not a step into the darkness.
  • It is a tragedy when the church saves money instead of saving souls. We MUST spend to save.
  • People in obedience to the Lord do not worry, do not fret, do not need to know all of the outcomes before they are willing to commit themselves.
  • Go for the purposes of God, and the means to fulfill them will follow.
  • We are not helping people to get God right, but to get right with God. The Holy Spirit alone opens hearts and minds.
  • JESUS WILL LIFT you out of the deepest pit, but He will not lift you out of your easy chair.
  • God always works with workers and moves with movers, but He does not sit with sitters.
  • Miracles begin within us and then affect our surroundings.
  • Faith…needs to be matched with action. Belief is not just brain cells in motion. It demands a response. Do we do what we believe? If we believe in a seed, we plant it.
