– Pastor Bimbo Animashaun

Mockery is part and parcel of the persecutions that the Church will face in these last days, and this is affirmed by Scriptures – Jude 17-18.

In our day, the Church has been fingered as the root cause of every thing that’s “wrong” in the world.

Men and women of God have been mocked.
The move of God has been mocked.

The gifts of the Spirit have been mocked.
The growth of the Church has been mocked.
And you probably might have been mocked.
But the New Testament tells us what to expect and what to do with respect to the operation of the spirit of mockery in the world today.

Last week on FTN RADIO BROADCAST, we examined “WISDOM TO HANDLE MOCKERY” as it relates to the believer’s experience and the corporate manifestations of the Church.
We dissected this scripture and unwrapped its INTENT relative to God’s workings in the believer and in the Church at large.

JUDE 17-21

17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

The teaching is a straightforward and insightful exposition on the operation of THE WISDOM OF GOD as it equips the believer to confront the challenges of the end-time.
